Furnish and install a fully functioning ADA complient door.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) submittal requirements:

All quotes must be submitted only to brandi.monroe@nexweb.org in accordance with the RFQ.

Quotes are due by 06 November 2024, NLT 3:00PM EST.

The following must be completed in order for your quote to be considered:

1. Complete blocks 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16 on the top page of the RFQ
2. Complete Attachment 4 (Price/Cost Breakdown)
3. Complete Section 5 (Contractor Past Performance)
4. Complete Attachment 6 (Provisions)
