Naval Air Systems Command (NAVIAR) Patuxent River, MD, issued a  Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order to Collins Aerospace, 400 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001924G0017, on an other than full and open basis for the procurement of labor, equipment, and material required to integrate the New Waveform (NWF) transmit and receive capability into the Mission Computer Modernization (MCM)-equipped Block II E-6B, subsequent fielding to all previously fielded assets including aircraft, System Integration Lab, and Weapon Systems Trainer. The related notice for this award is N00019-24-RFPREQ-APM271-0014.

The authority permitting other than full and open competition is provided in 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
