Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and services to accomplish all the repairs, maintenance, and modification items listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), while dry-docked for up to ninety (90) days at the Contractor’s Shipyard. The resulting award issued from this request will result in one award. Wage Determinations (WD) will be based on the Contractor’s place of performance.
