The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) has a requirement to procure brand name IDSC Holdings LLC tools kits through a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Government intends to procure the the required items under a limited competition between ISDC Holdings LLC. and their authorized distributors. The Berry Amendment, and related clauses 252.225-7012 and 252.225-7015, may be applicable based on the total extended price of this effort.
