The mission partner has indicated that the removal of the APX7500 radios will no longer be a factor. There will be only install of two APX All-Band 8500 radios with applicable antennas at building 3326 with a shelf for mounting and one APX 8500 All-Band Radio and antenna in building 517 (notice that the antenna cabeling will have to be drilled through solid concrete wall(s) with a shelf.
