Monroe Harbor Maintenance Dredging

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID.

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for maintenance dredging activities in the Monroe Harbor, located in Monroe, Michigan.

Tasks are expected to include:

• Mobilize dredge to the Monroe Harbor.
• Hydraulically dredge using the box method.
• Placement of dredged material will be in the Placement location is Cell 2 at Sterling State Park confined disposal facility (CDF).
• Demobilize when complete.
