The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, management, labor, supervision, training, and transportation to provide complete shredder services for Bassett Army Community Hospital, Ft Wainwright, AK. This is a service contract to provide shredding services of HIPAA/ Confidential Documentation and document content included in the organization Critical Information List to DOD standards. 1.2. The Contractor shall provide Bassett Army Community Hospital with 90 (64 Gallon) slotted collection totes with lock hasps installed for the secure collection of documents.
