MK152 Base Adapters and Fuze Adapters - Award Notice

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Divisoin (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD awarded a $5,937,492 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Patrick Industries Inc. This contract is for a maximum of 8,800 quantity of Fuze Adapters and 8,800 Base Adapters for the base year, and 10,000 quantity of both Fuze and Base Adapters for each option year. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $5,937,492.

This was a sole source procurement to Patrick Industries, Inc. based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Patrick Industries is the only vendor who can perform this requirement without substantial delay or duplication of costs to the government.
