The purpose of the amendment is to change the Set Aside Code from N/A to Total Small Business Set-Aside. The reader must come equipped with a standard low-noise PMT detector for fluorescence and luminescence modes. System must come with two filter sets:1300-506 or equivalent, and 1300-504 or equivalent.
