The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) in Owego, New York.
