Measurement of Pollution in the Troposphere (MOPITT) Science Investigator-led Processing System (SIPS).

NASA/GSFC has awarded this contract to University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) fon behalf of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) located at Boulder, Colorado. The contract action was not awarded competitively. The redacted JPFOC is attached. This is cost-plus fixed fee contract that includes a one (1) ten (10) months base period with, three (3) one (1) -year options period and one eight (8) months option period with a total contract value of $2,467,324.57. The fifty four (54) months period of performance begins on December 1, 2024. The work will be performed at the contractor’s facility in Boulder, Colorado. Under this follow-on contract, UCAR will continue development and operation of the Measurement of Pollution in the Troposphere (MOPITT) Science Investigator-led Processing System (SIPS) for NASA’s Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS).
