Marine Corps Career Center-Leesburg-VA

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1810 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 1606 Village Market Boulevard, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.  The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately two (2) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
