MILPITAS, CALIFORNIA 95035-7916 UNITED STATES under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that KLA CORPORATION is the sole provider of Maintenance FOR KLA Tencor Model P16+ and one and P7 profilometer. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
