The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to provide from General Electric (GE), LM2500 Digital Fuel Control (DFC) and Gas Turbine Change (GTC) materials.
