This solicitation is utilizing the Two-Step Sealed Bidding procurement method as described in FAR Part 14.5 toaward a firm fixed-price contract for the project titled ?Construction of a Level-I Confinement Facility? at SheppardAFB, TX. The general scope of the design-bid-build project requires the contractor to construct a Level 1confinement facility with 6-bed configuration with 4 cells + 2 segregation cells totaling 6 cells.
