Lease Acquisition

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4,500 to 5,000 usable square feet of of contiguous space within the delinated area of the northern boundary is I-70, western boundary is I-270, southern boundary is I-44 and eastern boundary is Kings Hwy Blvd.   Must use Government Lease attached.  Please see all six (6) attachments to this soliciation for further information and guidance.  Those attachments are the following:
