The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0042121G0005 to Rockwell Collins, Inc. (RCI), 400 Collins Rd., NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 to provide 973F-5 Test Fixtures in support of USAF JEDI Lab Program Office.
