The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions asked in regards to the subject RFP. NOTE 1) Responses to questions are located in the attached spreadsheet; and 2) RFP Section C, Paragraph 3.2.2.1; and Section L, Part B, Paragraph 1.2.1 have been updated. 

(1) INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
This contract provides support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Test Management Branch, which serves as the primary point of contact for tests and training events conducted on the PMSR. The Test Management Branch supports both United States and FMS customers and provides support through the design, planning, cost 
estimating, and scheduling of all test and evaluation operations.

(2) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The NAWCWD Test Management Branch requires interpretation and translation
