Question: On page 2 there is a reference to an attached Statement of Work, though the only document we noticed that was released with the RFQ is the Solicitation notice. Do you have a Statement of Work you can provide? Answer: See attached SOW to this amendment.
Question: The RFQ mentions onsite repair but does not specify how more extensive or complex repairs, which may require offsite handling, should be managed. Given that the frequency of such repairs may vary each year, I am unsure how these offsite repair costs should be incorporated into the overall contract pricing. Could you please provide guidance on how you anticipate handling the payment for these types of repairs? Would there be a separate mechanism for pricing and invoicing offsite repairs, or should we account for them in some other way within the contract? Answer: Any offsite repair should not be included in the quote. Those will be handle on a case by case basis on separate purchase orders.
