J065--Dayton scope repair

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs in Columbus, Ohio intends to solicit for the following: The Dayton , OH VA sends out of scope repairs a couple times a month and when scope repairs are over $10,000, it results is the creation of individual contracts. We want to create an IDIQ scope contract for expedition of scope repairs. The requirement is a Fixed Price contract. Period of performance will be for a 1 year base period and four 1-year options.
