The National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Child Health and Development (NICHD), intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to include option years without providing for full and open competition to NIKON INSTRUMENTS INC for Service Agreement for NICHD Spinning Disk Confocal Equipment.
