J--CALIBRATION: THUNDER SCIENTIFIC HUMIDITY CHAMBERS

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) intends to negotiate with only one source, Thunder Scientific Corp. for the on-site calibration service for 3 each Thunder Scientific Corp brand Temperature/Relative Humidity Chambers. This action is authorized by and in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government believes that the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency's requirement is Thunder Scientific Corp. as the only vendor certified to perform the calibration of the equipment.
