Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC, IHEODTD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Onsite Services Upgrade on our existing SIRSI SYMPHONY suite of software, and addition of SYMPHONYWEB software.  The Technical Library has a requirement for an onsite visit by Sirsi technician contractors to perform server migration and upgrades of existing Sirsi Symphony software and addition of the web-enabled version of Symphony.
