The office of PEO C3BM/C3IBK intends to award a contract for the sustainment and modernization of the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Common Interactive Broadcast (CIB) Uplink Site (CUS) system directly supporting the United States Government and Collaborating Nations (CNs).
