This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is amended as follows:

Extend the date offers are due until Monday, December 2, 2024 at 3:00PM EST.

Provide a revised Statement of Work (SOW) (attached) and to include addtional Instructions to Offerors.

When responding to the RFQ, please cc Christopher Dooley at christopher.dooley@dot.gov.  Also, if you have any questions during the period 11/29/2024 - 12/2/2024, contact Chris Dooley via email (above), as the contracting officer will be out of the office during this time. A site visit will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2024, between 10:00am and 2:00pm. In order to gain access to the Base you must complete the JBCC EVENT - PROJECT ROSTER form, which will be provided to you by the TPOC. This form must be completed by 3:00pm, Tuesday November 12, 2024 to receive clearance to enter the Base.
