Install of 24 SM FOC for Bldg 415 Vance AFB

Addendum #2; This is to notify that a request for change is being issued for the statement of work.  The new statement of work is in the attachments.  The change request is a increase of 24 SM FOC to  72 SM FOC.  Please see revised statement of all the current details.

Addendum #1;  A site visit is scheduled for 10/21/24 at 10:30 AM CST;  Report at Bldg 72 (Visitor Center)  to get sponsored in.  Attached is a Base Pass application.  The top portion needs to be completed and emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil as soon as possible.  A bus will leave the visitor centor at 10:30 to transport to the sites.
