This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Single Award Construction Contract. Performance includes general construction, modification, repair, alteration, and design/engineering for facilities that may include minor new construction with design-build or design-bid-build requirements at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA and other areas of responsibility, in accordance with the Statement of Work/Project descriptions.
