NOTE: The Government is changing the answer to Question 7 in Amendment 0001. An existing CBA between the current contractor and one of their subcontractors will be incorporated into this solicitation and the resulting contract. The rates for labor categories contained in that CBA shall be used in place of the rates for those same labor categories found in the attached Wage Determination.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though the most current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC), 2024-07, effective September 30, 2024.
