Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) to AM General, LLC, South Bend, Indiana for High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Expanded Capacity Vehicles (ECVs) that comply with Automotive Tank Purchase Description 2099.
