All work shall be completed in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.  The work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the work specified.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the layout survey, construction control, and establishing and maintaining all horizontal and vertical control required.

The project will require moving the existing vault toilet to a location within the project site as identified on the drawings.
