Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate a modification to a delivery order N00019-24-F-0188 with Maritime Surveillance Associates (MSA), 39 Peterson Lane, Brunswick, MA 04011, on an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0003, on an other than full and open basis.
