Solicitation N00421-25-Q-0078 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with CAMCO NE, LLC under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
