GAO Headquarters Food Service The Contractor shall establish and operate, at no-cost to the Government, the food service facilities described for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages and such other items as may be authorized by the Contracting Officer (CO) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. On an as-needed basis, the Contractor shall also perform Event Support Services (catering) throughout the GAO building, specifically in the Comptroller General suite of offices which includes executive offices, a reception area, a staging area, and several conference/dining rooms.
