The Government is seeking feedback on the revised Draft RFP included in this original post. Included in this updated notice is an updated Draft RFP for N00024-24-R-5341 which includes a revised incentive plan structure, an updated Section L and M summary, and a Bidder's Question submittal. Additional information on the J-Attachment associated with the Incentive Plan can be found in the Bidder's Library in Attachment J-14.
