FY25 Fort Cavazos Preventative Maintenance Follow-On

This requirement will be a Competitive 8(a) Set-aside utilizing the authority at FAR 19.805-1(a).

This contract provides management, tools, equipment, vehicles, and skilled labor necessary to perform tasks included in this performance work statement: Develop and execute a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program to include surveying, forecasting, inspection and reporting requirements; and provide Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Preventive Maintenance Services for the Fort Cavazos Directorate of Public Works.
