The Regional Training Institute (RTI) and South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement to support scheduled training with three daily meals. This requirement is achieved through contractor prepared and served meals at the Dining Facility on Fort Meade, SD 57741. Service will be from May 31st through July 25th with an average of 375 meals a day. Meals must contain a portion size that is 1.5 times industry standards to facilitate the higher caloric requirements of students.
