The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all solid waste management service tasks and frequencies as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and technical Exhibits at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Period of Performance (POP) shall consist of one base period April 1, 2025 – 31 March 2026 (Six months), and plus four one-year option periods. The contractor shall ensure all work ....
