The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement to complete rehabilitation for two (2) areas within the Saw Mill Run Local Flood Protection Project in the West End Neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Original construction of the Saw Mill Run Project was completed under Section 401 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986.
