Fishery Observer Support Services for the Northeast Fisheries Science Center Observer Program (NEFOP)

SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NOAA Fisheries, Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) requires Fishery Observer Support Services in support of the Northeast Fisheries Observer Program (NEFOP).

The NEFSC requires a contractor to provide all qualified personnel, material, equipment, services, support and facilities (except as otherwise specified) to perform quality environmental, biological, and fisheries operations data collection, data analysis, and information dissemination for the NEFSC.
