The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in support of its Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) program, has a service requirement for hauling, installation, maintenance, and deactivation support, as well as development and construction of group sites. The requirement is termed the Logistics Housing Operations Unit inStallation, maintenance, and dEactivation (LogHOUSE II) contracts.
