Quoters shall include a letter of certification from the religious certification agency, dated no more than 11 months prior to the date of the quote provided, for evaluation.  Failure to submit religious certifications with your quote for line item 3 (Kosher Wheat Bread) will result in your quote being considered unacceptable.
