FCC Beaumont is seeking 72,000 rolls of 2-ply toilet paper with approximately 500 sheets per roll. Any case count is acceptable. 

The Government intends to make a single award, pursuant to an affirmative determination of responsibility, whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be in the best interest of the Government, considering price and past performance.
