Fabrication of 3Cell Niobium Box Cavity

Demonstrated experience with fabricating superconducting niobium cavities and electron beam welding strictly required. FFDG reserves the right to reject proposals that do not adequately demonstrate the offeror's ability and past experience with these activities.
