NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in support of NAWDC, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to procure a F/A-18 Phase Aircraft Maintenance Stand. This procurement will be conducted using a best value comparative source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13. Delivery is required 90 days ADC.
