Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to add the Q and A and slides from the Pre-Proposal Conference and a revised Exhibit A (Pricing Sheet) to the solicitation. This is the official request for proposal for Military Sealift Command (MSC) requirement for lay-berthing services for a minimum of two (2) Expeditionary Fast Transport (EPF) vessels at a time in the Continental United States for an ordering period of five (5) years (60 months). The MSC EPF vessels are U.S. Government (Government) vessels and will be maintained in various states of readiness, tracking with supported headquarters mission assignments and guidance.
