Engineering Support for Electro-Optic and Infrared Measurements and Simulations

This is a presolicitation notice IAW FAR Subpart 5.2

The Advanced Techniques Branch (Code 5750) of the Tactical Electronic Warfare Division (TEWD) of the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) conducts research and development (R&D) of Electro-Optic and Infrared (EO/IR) ship signatures, missile simulators, and other electronic warfare (EW) technologies and concepts for protection of U.S. Navy and Marine Corps platforms (surface, subsurface, aircraft, & ground vehicles).
