Contract award for (Endoscopic) Instrument Air Installation, Support, and Replacement Services was made to HMS Incorporated, UEI: CW7KCZ72CHB3 under the following authority/conditions: FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and compelling urgency). Instrument air is a necessity for the execution of endoscopic procedures at the facility. Due to unforeseen circumstances only 2 of 3 endoscopic instrument air supply lines/units were currently in operation which led to a diminished capacity of instrument air that was available to support needed endoscopic procedures.
