Eglin AFB Paving IDIQ

This project includes, but is not limited to, providing asphalt paving and concrete support to Eglin AFB, FL. This requirement consists of resurfacing, full depth reconstruction, and new full-deep construction of bituminous concrete and portland cement concrete pavements. This work shall be self-performing and not sub-contracted out to a third party. Contractors shall have in-house laboratory capabilities of testing asphalt. Contractors in-house asphalt production shall be within reasonable distance to deliver temperature sensitive asphalt for large road construction and airfield construction projects.
