The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automation INC., 1 Allen Bradley Drive, Cleveland, OH 44124 for the procurement of various programmable logic control hardware components. The Government intends to make an award in the 2nd quarter of FY25. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(l), Rockwell Automation, INC. is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort.
