ECP 6530 Lateral Torque Shaft Seal Retrofit

The Government awarded this fixed price delivery order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A synopsis of this requirement was posted on SAM.gov on 8 December 2020 (Notice ID: N00019-20-RFPREQ-PMA-265-0442). No responses were received justifying an alternate source for the items being procured. Therefore, the Government determined the only responsible source that is able to satisfy the requirement is The Boeing Company.
